Thanks for the info on the updated guide. Unless there has been a recent change, the Blue Hole will be off limits for you, as Belize requires a licensed captain for any yacht going beyond the outer reef and The Moorings prohibits this as well. The Moorings base is really the only place to take on fresh water.
