Welcome aboard! Junk rig, wow! I don't care for bladder tanks because I'm afraid of a lot of chafe. I use the best water resistant bearing grease I can find on the shelf for winches and windlass. I don't know what a baby blake pump is but if it is stuck then you probably need to take it apart and remove the obstruction?? Just a thought.
Our club has a couple of International Folkboats. I'll bet you see a lot of those up your way.
