We now have an offer on the house, subject to finance. The deposit has been paid. We will know in about 3 days if finance is approved and if so, we will have only the boat for living quarters from the end of January. She is on the hard at the moment, getting new paint and a few improvements including built in water. The next time she hits the water should be at Noakes' boat yard, North Sydney, some time in the middle of January. Lelia finishes work tomorrow, I finished a month ago, so everything is falling into place.
