I bet if the Darwind Awards existed back then, it would be full of stories of idiots trying to make some version of what is in that archive.
But the one that takes the cake for me is the Ocean liner that swallows waves and uses the waves to propel it along. Mate?!? Maybe Coc was still in Coke in the 30's.
