I never sailed enough as a young person. My dad put me in a pram and shoved me off. I had to learn to sail back to shore. (I don't remember how I learned how to swim) My first boat was a Snark....

I think it would end up being like a boat project cost estimate.

The minimum (absolute minimum) would be double the estimate.

That kinda stuff is the way it has generally been for me anyway. ...

I have been in anchorages protected quite well and the trawlers had "flopper stoppers" deployed...

Maybe you are over charging the AGMs.

They do contain fluid/liquid that can boil off. Most can be accessed and refilled to avoid ruining them. Or so I have read by one who has done it on...

But the jib is what really drives the boat....and lifts the bows. Mains don't do all that much relative to sail area because of the mast. Now if it is a rotating foil or an A-Frame then things...
