Do the outboards lift up on there own, built in pivots?
Or do you have some sort of track or sled allowing the motors to lift higher?

Each mast weighs just over 100 lbs. I can lift and maneuver them around all by myself.
The tops are around 3-4" in diameter. The bottoms are around 10". Probably 3/4"...
