Yes, I am aware that the whole system must be evacuated and recharged. Luckily, I have a friend that can help with that part.

Thanks Steve. You are correct. Everything about the two evaporators is identical except the price. I strongly suspect the fittings may be identical also but would really like to know for sure...

I had the bottom of my Catalac 9 meter catamaran stripped, barrier coated and painted with Eco-clad last month. Too early for a verdict but so far I am happy.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I have previously used Micron 66 and was mostly satisfied with the results. I got over 3 years of protection from it. I was going to reapply the same product again...
