you are looking at this all wrong!
with the proliferation of plastic waste in the oceans,and the proposed launch of numerous floating waste collection booms,these booms would make ideal platforms...

+2 i have on on my inverter ~100amp,also common for winch connections on trailers with a hydralic lift pump system powered by the vehicle battery.

looks too complicated to be of any use on a jib,more like a down haul for the boom given it has shackles and not quick release clips to attach to the clew and toerail.

you would need to have a higher flow rate from the pump than demand to the high pressure pump to maintain 1-2 bar of pressure which might be problematic with this type of continuous running impellor...
