Dripless Seal Replacement on Pilot 30

I am the proud new owner of a 1999 single engine Pilot 30. The dripless seal isn't. That is, it drips a little. The surveyor said not critical but should fix soon.

It looks like Mainship installed...

Sorry, I should be more specific. The extra antenna needed for the 802 is VHF.

DSC is VHF.

Of course height is king with antennas but many folks take the easy route and mount it on a rail.

The problem is not the number of free books available, it's the books I want to read. I got a disc with thousands of books from another cruiser but they are not recent releases. Most of the good ones...

One thing about buying in FL and then hanging around is they will want their sales tax which is pretty high. Even if you register or document the boat in another state, if you don't take the boat out...

One thing to remember if you plan to take the ICW south out of Miami is that the Julia Tuttle bridge is only 55'. Your Gemini will probably make that fine but make sure the charter tells you the mast...
