i have a 440 and if yours is wired the same then your real problem is the wiring size and length from the factory causing voltage drop under load .You have two good options by adding 1 or 2 batteries...

My lagoon 440 with volvo saildrives lost half of the 2 blade port side propellor sitting in the slip..Diver reports that zincs are in place and working properly .so a couple of questions ....

The process for me was to first:
remove everything from the room including the door frame.then cut the molded f/glass cabinet where it meets the shower pan and remove cabinet and strip old formica...

hi if you wish to use a db 9 pin connector then simply
connect the + to pin#2
connect the - to pin#5
the output from the convertor is one way only so
no connection to pin#3

hi. thanks i like to seal each area as i rebuild them.
1.I do not install agm batterries in boxes as you can stab them and nothing will leak out and i like to ventilate them to prevent overheating...

here you go Rom some photos of my install as you can see only 2 batteries so far but cleats are in position for 2 more.
Also i plan to install 2-2x4 hold down beams between side bulk heads across...

I will try to take some photos on Sunday of my installation.
I did not rerun the crappy existing non tinned neoprene sheathed cables to the engines.
I did pull new 2/0 marine cable from the ex gen....

Hi i have almost completed this mod. to my 440 i have added 4-8d agm for the house and re-located the engine start gp24 's in the engine lockers aft.
i have re-wired all main dc cables with 2/0 ....

Hi i service a lot of small marine systems and have found the surest method of leak detection for me is to remove all refrigerant from the system and then pressure the system with approx 125 lbs...

I think that the relay that Dsanduril chose is too weak for 24v @10 amp i would go with a much more robust relay maybe 1hp minimum
