If you are confused then she is really too big, any boat can be sailed single handed given benign conditions, it is when you start out in those conditions and they change to more normal / average...

3 inches thick is extreme overkill and may be counter productive, all that extra weight has to hang off something, thickness alone doesn't give strength. The rebar core will do that, the concrete is...

nothing wrong with drinking rain water unless you are in an area with high amounts of air pollution, We along with most country folk here in NZ it is all we have.
No health issues at all. though...

I havn't heard of him glassing FC hulls, he was pretty innovative though and pushing the FC envelope, so ? I'm sure someone here will have a definitive answer for you.
