Well we fixed our SD40 sail drive issues.
Ripped them out & put in shafts & v drive gearboxes.
Finally, a permanent solution to that junk!

We fitted Panache's kit on our 2 SD40's approx. 200 hours ago.
Been flawless since then, so fingers crossed!

Hi Panache, did you ever get the answer to this as you worked thru your problem?
We have a SD40 that sometimes won't engage into forward gear.
Increase revs & it then thumps into forward. No...
