The marina we are in at present charges by the square foot of the slip you're in including finger piers. This favors bigger boats (as walkways and piers are fixed width...) and ones that occupy both...

So you really think there's a market for a 3' or 4' deep marina for all the shallow draft boats? :biggrin:

The marinas charge, in many places, per square foot allocated to your boat by them. ...
