It was all about the company and your family was the best. I'm sure we are both happy that we are out of that yard. There was enough negativity floating around there to fill my bucket for awhile.

The only holes, Hud, I will poke in this theory is that people who have lived both sides of a topic (been a carnivore and vegetarian) have more data to make their conclusions.

I often cook up jasmine rice, with lentils and veggies and green curry to boot. It's cheap, delicious and keeps well for a week in the fridge. Thanx for the thread.

I never said once that I read anything in a book. Only that my blood works shows improvement over the last 4 years. So where did that come from...More assumtions?
I had 2 MCIs, not 3 and I did not...

Zee...no offense but I would hardly call you an expert on the matter. I have numbers from my blood work. A group of us are doing this health change with diet and we are all doing better each time.

Well then, there you have it. Right or wrong, you've made up your mind. I have clawed my way back from 2 MCI's I'm a vegetarian of 4 years now and watched my numbers get better and better after each...
