I just did the same tiling from the other (Yellow Pages) Norwegian source and the calibration...

I wonder if the original bitmap images did not...

I have testet SeaClear,MaxSea as well as Fugawi Marine ENC and they all show up correctly. No doubt Dave will fix this easily when he returns.

If it's any help, I have all the Dutch S57 waterways charts loaded and never had any problems. Perhaps your charts are of a 'protected' nature or are faulty? I am running Vista on an Acer laptop.
