I am linking images to my favourite one too. Available free in Panama (if you buy the water!). But I know they are US style.

The way these have the handle molded in is very easy to grab and pour...

I will disagree with some statements.

I think water is like air - a basic right of a human being, not something we should buy.

We are many and water IS becoming less and less like air though.

I do not even smoke.

Maybe if you pull in a luxury boat or something. My boat is about the size of local fishing dugouts and I have never seen regular people insulted by my attitude at the dock....

No bias meant, just the way the language used to be when I was learning it. Now I do try to use the PC words when I think twice but I think it is more natural when a job actually has somewhat more...

But in my book everybody has the right to use the dock. Here in Europe it is only places like Palma de Majorca...

Very often the fuel dock is the water dock all at once.

Very often water is NOT free and you buy it at this dock, just...

We have made some experiments joining H with O onboard but found good supply of 2 is required. We tried to generate 2 on our iPhones but all we got were 0 and 1, so this is a blind alley.

Yep.

This is my plan.

They often accept the cigarette.

They never smoke it on the dock and ...

They always let me take on as much water as I please!

Horrible taste. You need very good (carbon?) filters. We used plain carbon filters and they helped very little.

Maybe I should have said 'not tasty nor usable for you tea, before proper...

We watered up at fuel docks without buying fuel, many times. I just ask them on the radio if that's OK and they always confirm no problem.

Let me know where they do not let you take just water, I...

Yes.

No intention here to imply rainwater cannot be drunk. Just that it tastes like (....) before proper filtering.

If you filter yours, it is probably as good as gold and I would have zero...

We always fill up (with water!) at the fuel dock, when possible.

Missing that, we grab a dazilion of gallon bottles and row the water from the tap ashore - ALWAYS ask first the person who lives...
