My Son Chris did a nice job on the shaping of that from the rough stage, especially considering it was his first real glass work. That rolling bevel is within one degree at any point along the slope...

Minaret, we used a Marine Shaver Pro. None of the gouging associated with a Gelplane. None of the issues you point out.

Yep, that little stainless outlet is for the Espar diesel heater. The rest get re-routed out the bottom of the scoop but above the waterline.

Speed wrinkles work in the sail fabric but I doubt he'd want them in his hull....

Don't be so quick to jump in. I just spent 10K of my money to keep the core crew in their homes and alive along with the shop open over the last three months when we had no work. It ain't all fun...

She's a fresh water boat. We discussed options like peeling and blasting and decided on this route because the blisters are very small and shallow. They resulted from too much of the barrier coat...
