I am not on the boat so cannot test your file. However, it contains the errors fixed by the patch. Pointing the opencpn namespace to a garmin file is not a fix.

That is the order the keys are listed in the GPX 1.1 Schema Document.

Garmin HomePort would not accept the file if the keys were not in that order.

This patch fixes exported route files so they can be read by Garmin HomePort.
