Ok. I fixed it. The first thing I tried was putting that pump in line. It was a coolant auxiliary pump out of a caddy. Flow was very noticeable now . But it still overheated. It is as though the... |

pulled the thermostat out today. refilled the coolant on the coolant side. made sure overflow was filled. used a pressure tester to try to expel any air that i could. started the genny. left the cap... |

ill try running with out the thermostat. anybody have a diagram that shows the flow of coolant and which direction it goes? I'm wondering if theres a hose i can easily pull to verify flow. i won't be... |

I forgot to put in there. It's got a brand new thermostat. Even tho I tested the old one and the old one was fine |

i to have had a problem with this unit. i have been working hard to fix. lots of flow of water out of the exhaust. but the temps coming out is slightly above lake temp. took exchanger off found lots... |
