pulled the thermostat out today. refilled the coolant on the coolant side. made sure overflow was filled. used a pressure tester to try to expel any air that i could. started the genny. left the cap...

I forgot to put in there. It's got a brand new thermostat. Even tho I tested the old one and the old one was fine

i to have had a problem with this unit. i have been working hard to fix. lots of flow of water out of the exhaust. but the temps coming out is slightly above lake temp. took exchanger off found lots...
