I worked on preparing Whitehawk, 105 ft Bruce King ketch, for towing back to US, after a fire on board.
Batteries the size of small fridges in the bilges.

Gravity being what is, the dropped spanner doesn't want to fall across the terminals below.
But I'm sure you have allowed for heavy insulated covers for those batteries.

In the '70s and '80s we built a number of hand-laid and rolled powerboats in the 50 - 75ft range using Airex core over male molds.
A semi-gloss finish was all that was required, so long-boarding was...

It would appear that the developed curvatures of the two meeting edges have gone a little awry. :banghead:
Maybe secure the bulwark panel at about the half length position and coerce toward the bow...

Damn work :(--gets in the way of serious stuff, don't it?

Have seen air-driven, nylon nails (used in the shoe industry apparently) used to fasten bulkheads to hull, and other right angle...

You know when Toronto and Halifax are hotter than Bermuda, it ain't no joke.
Out of about15 gateway cities which service us, only London, England was cooler than us,
