I have glued my 6mm round stainless backing plates under to the hull with Sikaflex, this distributes the pessure to the whole area and also watertights thes crews.

I guess, there is no option for that, the mast is simply not set that way. I wish, thete could be a free track for a mast halyard to climb up, but thete is no such thing.

forgot to mention, I have added a Finder 220V relay with isolated contacts on the output of the Massine inverter to create a signal for the Quattro that triggers the macro to reduce the power assist...

I have added a 5kVA Victron Quattro and re-wired my system having factory installed Mastervolt 2kVA inverter and Onan Generator. You can either replace the inverter, use the two inverter in parallel...

Parallel to the second inverter would also be possible using the Grid functionality, where you can allow the Quattro to feed back energy into the grid, but I would not recommend this setting.

The Quattro has a power assist function, it syncs itself to the source. Just connect the output of the MassSine to the input of the quattro.

It is about heating under way or at anchor. Sure you can run the generator to run the A/c to heat the salon, but it is very inefficient.

I agree, there are so many blue water cruisers circumnavigating the world along the equator without a A/C unit, I do not need all the rooms to be cooled, it is already luxury to have one chilled....

Personally I would built it different, one A/C for the master bed room with air diversion to the salon. Then a smaller generator - 4...5 kVA, and a dive compressor in the same compartment....

I was curious, because we run it daily for 1 hour to top up the 100l we use per day, if we run it 12h we would end up with 1200l, and will likely sink the boat in less than a week.

Nice spreadsheet indeed, but ways over-estimated. Never seen a daily consumption of 1200Ah, even with extensive cooking. And there are no A/C yet in the usage.

The washing machine is a non-issue, she is pretty small and takes very little energy, can be run easy on inverter. The Lagoon factory installed water maker is a 12V/220V Dessalator 100 DUO unit, so...

You will be fine if you run only one of the four A/C. However, you cannot run all of them together, even two may be possible for some time - turn off the water heater when doing so, it takes 1200W,...

Victron does not make panels themselves, they re-brand some or sell some together with their electronics as far as I know.
24V Voc panels would be like 40ish cells, 72 cells are more like 36V Vmp /...
