Does anchorage allow AirB&B? Was looking at slip prices and it seems like a no brainer to buy a slip. And is the 500 quarterly for everyone. Or just renters. The website was unclear.

My marina is mostly under 4K and is in Baltimore city. Although it's bare bones. Parking included, water and electric, and a slip. That's it. But it's great. Straight shot to 95 to get out of the...

If you're still looking feel free to PM me. I'm in a marina called Chester cove which is significantly less than BMC and Anchorage and out water is year round! Huge plus!!!
