Any reason you can't use a Tablet (other than having to buy one?) A WiFi Only iPad/Android running Navionics Boating or iNavX will do an awesome job. An iPad with LTE has a built in GPS as well,...

What model plotter do you have? Sounds like you don't have one new enough for the Wifi features and Tablet apps.

To my knowledge there is nothing that supports SeaTalkHS as its propietary.
