OK, after re-installing the charts the stuff works.

The version of the plugin doesn't have any log output on the screen - I think this was already broken in 1.4 from the o-chart site. But that's...

Recently I updates my Ubuntu 14.04LTS to 16.04LTS (through 15.10).
Almost everything works fine, but OCPN doesn't. The s63 plugin won't run anymore :(
