That makes sense, of course. Is BUC considered to normally be pretty close to the actual value? Is it normal for buyers to borrow 80% of BUC and then pay such a large difference, as in the case... |

Very interesting information, Sid. Never heard of that site before. What do those columns represent? Year, then asking price, then a date, then actual sell price and the sale date? |
