If you're racing, of course, all bets are off and you go as close as you think you can get away with. Which is why the insurance premiums are higher. :wink:

(Hi all - first post)

Yes I agree with that. NEVER pass close ahead of a stand on vessel. Always take action early (it says that in the Rules too).

Having said that I've only twice been given...
