here in mazatlan there is a buncha evidence on abandonment... ten boats abandoned .. marina must wait the 10 yrs mandatory in disposal. some have only been 7 yrs, some 8... some even less...

have you spoken with marina officials about donation??
abandonment is a long drawn out money losing process taking about 10 yrs.
if you know the salvor there, discuss with that individual as...
