You can find a newer version v1.12 here:
https://github.com/ptulp/weather_routing_pi/releases

I think that solves the crash problem.

I have a version 1.12 from May here: https://github.com/ptulp/weather_routing_pi/releases/download/v1.12.0/Weather_routing-Plugin_1.12.0.pkg


I still have to build the latest version.

You could try the following build: https://github.com/ptulp/weather_routing_pi/releases/tag/v1.12.0


It does not include the latest fixes but should work.

If you click on the icon with 3 dots in the new configuration window you can load the Boat.xml file. It should be there.
Then you click on Edit which will open a new window where you can add a polar...

No, the .pkg files are for OSX.
The windows files can be found here:

I have added a beta version in opencpnplugins - Browse Files at SourceForge.net (https://sourceforge.net/projects/opencpnplugins/files/).

Note that this version will move the weather_routing data...
