If my quartz watch was only accurate to two seconds a day, I'd replace it. My current Casio cost less than $300 and so far is accurate to a few seconds a month.

Considering that he is claiming an accuracy to about 3 seconds of arc, I'd say he is making the claim based on the Precision of his solutions, not the Accuracy. :whistling:

Personally, if I need accurate time, I'm quite happy with my Casio watch (which has lost 2 seconds since I last synchronized it some time in February) plus the 7 independent GPS devices I have on...
