Thanks Pavel, that seems to have done the trick, I can get the charts to ingest again, it still seems to want to scroll occasionally after doing an ingestion but if I click on the map and then hit...

it is not scrolling but I cannot zoom past a certain point and cannot move back to man's land.

I usually have to quit Opencpn to get it ti stop scrolling; when I then open it again it looks like the screenshot above.

Hi Pavel, after pointing OpenCPN to the folders for the ENC's I would click on the map and then it would proceed to build the senc files, and it is here that the problem starts.
