Ive changed our capacitor 3 times now, each with blown out sides. Ive easily found these in electrical hobby type shops for $10-ish. 30uF as it was suggested by Dessalator to step it up from 25uF....

Dave, on a few occasions now we have had to clean up all the cable connections of oxidation. Check these.

Also, there is a grey cable that runs from the DC motor’s small electrical box to behind...
