Hull 198. We sailed her in the Regata del sol a sol from St. Petersburg, FL to Isla Mujeres, Mexico last year. She is a premium cruising boat, solid and safe. She is located in Clearwater, Florida....

You are so right .... the yacht is not the problem. "Sue" and her hateful spirit are the problem, and they spent too much time aboard this vessel. Sad really.

Very intuitive and insightful. This issue of the teak may seem silly to some. I am quite near-sighted and I have trouble functioning in low light, so I need a brighter environment to make a "home."...

No, I've not made up my mind. It's just that he won't allow me to paint any of the the teak and she is dark and depressing. It lowers my spirit even more. Other suggestions I make are vetoed as well....
