CMA-CGM has weekly sailings Tilbury - Philipsburg. They do do LCL, but you have to be persistent to get them to admit it. Using a broker will make that easier.

Any Way have been around in Marigot for ages - their offices are in Marina Port Royale. They have supplied committee boats that I have used in the past and have always been friendly and professional.
