200 nm a day puts you at an average of almost 10 knot boat going 24 hours. not going to happen in a monohull. figure on 100.
stay away from canoe stern....lack of space

just finished surveying a catamaran yesterday in florida. owner reported that one of his kiwi props fell off. he reported that the prop is held on solely with waterproof Loctite.

have two for 30-40 ' boats. one has luff of 34' and foot of 13'. the other somewhat larger.. both with white sumbrella sun covers.

firstly clean well with emery cloth. next you need a magnifying glass or jeweler's loop works well. they do sell a dye penetrant that will show up any hairline cracks. but general household items...
