I use a powerful UV filter after my prefilters, no LIVE bacteria get to the membrane, works well for me, I pickle it for the winter…..oh I back flush with product water as normally required…. |

Replace it and while it is out, replace cutlass bearing and realign the motor….. I also did my motor mounts at the same time. |

So what you are saying is: My vessel is unboardable by the US CG in international water without permission from my country, you keep mixing inland waters and ports with international waters stick... |

Bu…….t=bull puckies If you are in international water anywhere in the Caribbean the US CG can and will board you if they “SUSPECT” you of smuggling, this is not an act of War….. |

Myerchin Fixed blade in the middle of my back so I can reach it with either hand, it has a marlin spike on the sheath to open shackles if needed. Leather man wave at the helm. |

Pickling preserves the membrane, replace it, don’t skimp on trusting an 18 year old membrane, I believe it’s over it’s best before date. |
