Hay Z, I thought the reason you never had a strike is because you have a cat and ware crocks. Cats never get struck and nothing is attracted to crocks.

Passage Key is very tricky usless you have local knowledge. A couple got stuck there a few weeks ago with some major dammage to their boat. Go out south west passage much safer.

This realy sucks. You must decide if you want the troubble this boat brings. If the owner has pass on then the POA is no longer in effect and this person has no legal right to remove any thing else...
