Dieseldude,
I wasn't referring to an engine cooling system but a RAW water pump. I'm not sure how this would be a safety or illegal issue. Engines fail and having an impellor in a difficult location...

I did this last year. The hard part is taping off the windows and surrounding areas for over spray but not hard at all. I used KRYLON Fusion for plastic GLOSS spray paint and it matches perfectly....

Just wanted to let everyone know that the PCB board was bad and caused the problem. It's now fixed and everything is good! Thanks for the input.
