I used a similar device to cut a 6" hole in 1/2" thick acrylic with no problem going slow with a battery powered handdrill on a vertical window surface.

I have anchored twice just inside Angelfish Creek with no issues at all. The exit on the Atlantic side is narrow, but well marked. You can do it pre dawn. Angelfish Creek itself is comfortably wide....

Roland Stockham you are incorrect as there are many reasons why LiFePo4 batteries are superior to fla batteries and even agm's. Read Marine How To expose on the subject for a more informed discussion...

I replaced both of my engine room blowers with standard blowers for boats. However if I did it again I would look into a 12 volt squirrel cage design if available. Much quieter and mows plenty of air...
