I've tried reading many EPA documents on this subject and have NEVER reached a conclusion other than they're written for the moat creators and maintainers.

I believe cash is about to be king; even with the 10% yearly central bank tax (inflation).

There's a somewhat probable drop of an additional 20% on the overall market possible withing 2 years....
