I installed a sea-water washdown pump in the back of the anchor locker. The feed is from a thru-hull in the galley, and thr output is a stainless quick-release connector in top of the anchor locker....

If you can take the unit apart, you'll be amazed how clean they'll get if you submerge them in fresh coke-cola for 24hours. Just wipe, wash and dry afterward!

^^this. "Zud" works well for this application (oxalic acid), and is cheap! Once you've pre-wet the teak, you can apply it with a sponge-scrub, and then agitate thr surface after a couple of minutes...
