Re: accept any shore input voltage

I thought I had even bookmarked a thread that mentioned an isolation transformer, or other device, to be able to accept any type of shore-power voltage. I can't find my bookmark or produce a...

Re: Composting head for inland use? What to do with the urine?

If you are a gardener, then dilute the urine and apply it as fertilizer. It is done widely over most of the planet - particularly in developing countries. Avoid using it on contact plants such as...

Re: Large solar array support beams

Jedi,

Your work on the parts looks impeccable, but I can't help but wonder why you didn't just use aluminum box tubes and angles which you could likely buy for less and no labor.

PS - following...

Re: Questions for Nigel Calder

Does he have an elegant way to have the starting FLA system step in for the LFP to support critical navigation systems should the LFP system cut itself out?

You most certainly mean 121 32 W (or -121 32). Always nice to see others make my kind of mistakes.

Re: Random: anyone know of a good portable work bench/desk

I have one of these at home and on the boat. Folds to less than 4.5 inches thick. Use it as a platform to stand on and work overhead. Find them superior to my previous Workmates.

I have the electric motor. I don't have a winch handle on my boat to try and no sailboats in the neighborhood, so I thought someone here would know. Thanks.
