Sorry for the delay in responding...cleaned the injectors and replaced with new seals, temperature of engine and day was 34 degrees..purged air from lines..tightened the fuel lines proceeded to start...

If you remove the bleedscrew from the top of the engine filter, you should try using a vacuum pump, like the one you use for your oil change, to this opening to draw up the fuel. If nothing comes out...

regarding parallel vs series wiring,
1 the typical voltage as messured at the panel is apox 17/19 for parallel and 34/38 volts
2 the current for parallel is double the spec for the solar panel...
