I have installed an electric powered Lewmar ST40 halyard winch on my C&C 37
c/w 3 push buttons around the cockpit so I can use it for MOB recovery, etc.

I have had similar issues with my Yanmar 3HMF. The cause of "no flow" apppeared to be backpressure air building up in the HX loop triggered by waveaction (usually happened after a wild sail trip)....
