We chartered for three years before we bought that helped our decision on if we wanted a center cockpit or traditional aft cockpit we chose CC and never regretted our choice all sailing was enjoyable...

I pressure washed my deck (3100psi) then applied Interlux non skid with roller very easy on 30 ‘ Catalina!! Very happy with results

I also recommend sun pac bags hanging up inside with chip clips 8 or 10 will last your absence this product will kill any mold issues

We did the locks in 93 was easy following the canal guide relax & take in the laid back lifestyle use gloves to fend yourselves off the lock walls. Always use the back of the gloves! Enjoy!!
