We have a 1984 Tartan 3000, and the shore power is not allowing me to use the outlets on the boat. They worked last year, but I can’t find the fuse box. Maybe there isn’t one, but I just can’t find...

Just bought a Tartan 3000 1984 sailboat. We need to change out the depth finder. It is A Signet brand and is 4" in front. Does anyone know what type of silicone we should use? Non hardening...
