The google books digital version is epub. When downloaded to adobe digital, it converts to PDF. This is without circumventing any DRM issues. So yeah I guess it isn't distributed as PDF but it is...

You can do it through calibre if you have a digital version. And its not "stolen" don't be ridiculous. Well, unless you don't pay for it .. then yeah it would be stolen.
