The first thing to check is if "Navigator" has the necessary permissions to read for the folder where the ENC charts are installed.
Read the opencpn.log file. It should give you a hint about...

Testing the flatpak version on Ubuntu 20.04 I get the following error after updating flatpak:



Looks like flatpak is not updated properly, or is it the old x86_64 naming problem popping up...

That is very easy. OpenCPN shows you exactly where.
Click on the Toolbar icon (Hamburger) in the upper left corner.
Then press the icon that is a circle with a "?" in, and it's presented for you.

The chart down-loader plugin does work. I just tested on a Cal RNC chart.

As far as I can see, the chart in Post 1 is of a "normal" Navionics chart, and not a "Sonar Chart".
Compare these two picture from Navionics charts on-line-site.

CM93 shows correct position if you zoom out to a scale smaller than approximately 1:50000. At the large scale you are showing CM93 is based on chart BA1812 which is very old.

Microsoft has probably "updated" your graphical driver to a version that don't handle OpenGL very well. Check the website for the manufacturer of the Graphical card, and see if a newer/better driver...
