You need a better Helix, even if you do not use ours, you need to use Marine grade steel. Take a link at the link below.

Not sure how you could ever lose the lead keel. It is poured in the anchor, it is impossible to remove without heating it up to around 650 F.

FYI, Mantus is made in China using Chinese metal.

You need extremely dense ballast. That can not be achieved with using just
