We use a spreadsheet. The advantage for us is we add and delete tasks as things evolve while keeping items sorted by priority using the ABCs and 123s method. A-critical, B- important, C-long-term....

I found one on eBay for a reasonable price. It seems many people buy them but never use them. Make sure you calculate the sail area you need; big variances in available sizes.
