I get what you're saying but the inrush doesn't exceed the capacity on shore power. This leads me to assume the load side of the circuit is sound as regards cable size and connections. Perhaps...

The VRM only shows combined AC1 and AC2 OUT, the highest total draw was 8.8 amps.

Had the same on my old MS205 before it died. Make sure the firmware is up to date. Also try removing all power to the radio, this is done by momentarily removing the fuse on the back of the head...

I can't give you the actual measurement but I just ordered Dyneema Whisker stays for my 450. They will be 3030mm between load points, if using 12mm pins then 3042mm from pin centre to centre.

We replaced ours 2016 450 but it doesn't have the trim of your model. The big hassle was the original counter top was stuck to the cabinet tops. To remove it I had to break it up into pieces.203703

The bow pad eye area is raised so not solid deck. From memory it was all glass, it is flat underneath. I backed then with a 5mm thick stainless round plate and made it slightly smaller in diameter...

Previous post about bow pad eyes, just cut out the Sika and you can insert the backing plate and nuts without too much hassle.
Also the Clutch for the bowsprit down haul, this photo is my neighbours...

I am doing some work now on my instrument panel. Not sure if this helps but this is the back of the Yanmar engine control on my 2016 450. Was held in by 4 corner screws and sealant only.
